Kayla Braxton and Adam Pearce confirms positive COVID-19 test
UPDATE: Kayla Braxton has since removed her Twitter account and would appear to be going on hiatus from Social Media.
WWE announcer Kayla Braxton and WWE producer Adam Pearce have become the latest WWE on-screen performers to reveal they have tested positive for COVID-19.
Kayla Braxton made the announcement on her official Twitter account that despite testing positive for COVID-19 in March, she has once again tested positive for the Coronavirus during the latest round of testing conducted by WWE.
Behind the scenes producer Adam Pearce also revealed that he had tested positive for COVID-19 on his official Twitter account also. Pearce has been seen infrequently on WWE television as somewhat of an authority figure when decisions regarding matches, titles and stipulations were required.
This news comes after WWE announcer Renee Young announced last night that she had also tested positive for COVID-19. Due to the close proximity of Young and her husband, AEW World Champion Jon Moxley, the AEW World Champion missed last night’s live edition of AEW Dynamite.
This news comes after it was reported yesterday that there have been in the range of “two dozen” positive COVID-19 cases at the WWE Performance Center. This includes performers, production and staff too.
We here at WrestleNews365 wish Renee Young, Kayla Braxton and Adam Pearce a speedy recovery and remind you all to stay safe, wash your hands and wear your masks.
